Oceanside High School’s Wellness Center promotes upstream mental health education through creative class collaborations, community partnerships, and student-led initiatives focused on connection, collaboration, education, help-seeking, and fun. Partnering with staff members, mental health agencies, and wellness experts, the Center integrates wellness topics into various workshops, events, and initiatives while amplifying student voice and leadership. The Center emphasizes resilience, healthy lifestyles, peer support, and accessible psychoeducation to foster a connected, supportive school community.
