Virtual Wellness Room

We all have mental health – just like we all have physical health. In the same way we can practice healthy lifestyle choices that maintain our physical health, we can engage in self-care strategies that help us manage uncomfortable emotions and daily stressors, and support our emotional wellness.

Visit our Virtual Wellness Rooms for quick, stress relief strategies that can be incorporated into your daily routine, as well as project ideas and activities to do with friends and family, or in the classroom. Use the Build Your Wellness Backpack handout to list your favorite activities and keep it with you.
